2+ years of experience in general maintenance
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
Affordable housing experience is a plus
Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed
Dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service
Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve
Strong belief in the value of teamwork and collaboration
Reliable and committed to doing the right thing at all times
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Must successfully pass a background check
Complete service requests in a timely manner
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds
Conduct advanced routine maintenance tasks
Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff
Inspect property and address maintenance concerns proactively
Assist in emergency repairs
Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies
