The
** Payroll Analys
** t will be responsible for planning and coordinating the functions of North America Payroll including being responsible for monitoring all tasks necessary to accomplish the company’s payroll processing objectives and maintaining relationships with external auditors and tax government agencies. You’ll need at least three (3) years of experience in payroll processing and systems and related software programs and welcome the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

This role will preferably based in Irvine, CA on a hybrid schedule Tuesday/Thursday.

Competitive compensation package: annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, commensurate with accomplishments, performance, credentials and geography

Maintains current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws, SOX compliance, etc. Assists with completing pre-acquisition and post-acquisition support tasks related to payroll integration and training, etc.

Performs other duties as assigned.
** NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
** To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
3+ years of experience with payroll systems and related software programs Familiarity with Workday, ADP Smart Compliance, ADP Payment Solutions, or other HRIS/Payroll systems highly preferred Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to payroll, company policies, and operations. Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management

Strong problem solving and analytical skills Excellent organization and time/project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities (i.e. self-starter, self-motivated)
