LIBERTY Dental Plan seeks an experienced Project Manager to join its growing Account Management (Commercial) department.

Location:

** Opportunity to work Fully Remote, preferably near one of our office locations. LIBERTY offices are located in Irvine, CA, Sacramento, CA, Las Vegas, NV, Oklahoma City, OK, Tampa, FL, Shrewsbury, NJ and Uniondale, NY.**

Position Summary:

The Implementation Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of client implementations for all lines of business. This position will support new business by applying a clearly defined project management approach for new client implementations and by managing the implementation objectives.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Develop detailed work plans, schedule estimates, status reports and implementation priorities.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Operational and IT project teams, ensuring on-time, successful implementations.
• Partner with Account Management to ensure all implementation project milestones are tracked, documented, audited, and closed in accordance with project timelines.
• Continuously refine the implementation process through conducting post go-live lessons learned analysis and develop action plans to improve.
• Lead client program reviews, reviewing overall status for each client implementation.
• Make timely and appropriate decisions to ensure implementations are on track for successful service and go-live readiness.
• Manage ongoing client project documentation such as schedules, issues lists, risk factors, meeting minutes and ensure documents are complete, current and archived.
• Identify implementation changes quickly, gaining approval on updates/changes, and escalating issues to ensure resolution before missing a deliverable.
• Coordinate with internal resources and vendors, as necessary.
• Prepare weekly status reports for each project.
• Conduct meetings with project sponsor, stakeholders, vendors, IT, Executives, etc.

What You'll Need:

• 2-3+ years of project management experience in healthcare industry, preferred
• BA or BS degree, preferred
• PMP certification or PMO experience, preferred
• Proven implementation and project management skills
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects
• Self-starter motivation with strong time management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on MS Project, Teams, Access, One Note, Excel and Visio
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Power Point
• Advanced Excel functionality (Pivot Tables, Complex formulas) preferred
• Strong leadership skills and a bility to work with all levels of the organization
• Advanced analytical and reasoning skills

COMPENSATION:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the annual base salary for this position is $58,760 - $76,388 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
