Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, and wants clear upward mobility supported by strong leadership and mentorship.

• Manage ground-up commercial projects from contract award through completion
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and ownership
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management
• Drive project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence on all assigned projects
• Partner closely with senior leadership for strategic planning and execution

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
