Company Overview

We are a custom sign manufacturing company specializing in complex commercial signage projects including monument signs, pylons, site signage, rebranding programs, and new construction. We work primarily with developers, property owners, and corporate clients and operate as a referral-driven business focused on quality, reliability, and professional project execution.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for owning sign projects from initial inquiry through final installation and close-out. This role is customer centric, combining estimating, CRM, customer follow-up, sales order conversion, permitting coordination, and full project management. This is a senior, highly accountable role that directly impacts revenue, margin, and customer experience.

Pre-Order / Sales & Estimating Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound opportunities and assess project fit
  • Perform site reviews, surveys, and scope assessments
  • Develop accurate estimates for complex sign projects
  • Define scope, assumptions, exclusions, and alternates
  • Follow up on proposals and convert quotes to orders
  • Address pricing questions and negotiate scope within guidelines
  • Optional: design or concept signage if capable
Post-Order / Project Management Responsibilities
  • Own awarded projects from kickoff through installation
  • Create schedules and coordinate internal resources
  • Manage permitting, surveys, and municipal approvals
  • Coordinate shop drawings, production, and material procurement
  • Schedule and manage installation crews or subcontractors
  • Track job costs, margins, and change orders
  • Support invoicing and project close-out
Required Experience
  • 5+ years in signage, construction, or fabrication
  • Experience estimating and managing complex projects
  • Strong client communication and organizational skills
  • Measured performance by multiple KPI’s.
Preferred
  • Permitting experience
  • Ability to design signage concepts
  • Experience with monument, pylon, and site signage projects
Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Owner / General Manager
