Position Summary

Our Branch Managers are active in the field, networking with other industry professionals, and establishing consumer relationships in both the purchase and refinance markets. High tech, high-touch Customer Relationship Management system helps you stay organized and market with automated drip email campaigns, milestone emails, priority status settings, reminders, and complete pipeline management.

Pay Disclosure

The starting base salary range for this position is $0.00 - $68,640 annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for commission, override, and other incentives and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for onboarding new Loan Officer and helping them achieve sales goals that are established
  • Assist as needed in identifying Operations talent from new hires
  • Responsible for managing the Branch staff, such as Sales Managers, Loan Officers, Processors, and Production Assistants
  • Monitor and establish the branch staff sales and service activities production, goals, and strategy
  • Assist in Loan Officer and file issues as needed – per Escalation process
  • Ensures Branch is in compliance with all regulations, internal controls, and procedures
  • Update Management on competitor comp plans, pricing, and products to ensure Kind Lending is at the forefront in these areas
  • Conduct Bi-Monthly Sales meetings with Branch staff to review marketing opportunities, production goals, and any new company policies that have been distributed to the field
  • Responsible for driving sales productivity and profitability
  • Ensure Mortgage Loan Officers are maintaining the best customer service levels
  • Responsible for proper management of marketing expenses, revenue generation, and profit and loss statement
  • Communicate out marketing policies to branch team members.
  • Promote behavior that is consistent with Kind Lending values, visions, and ethics
  • Must participate in all networking opportunities and company-sponsored events.
  • Must attend all company and Regional meetings
  • Submit New Hire packages according to HR Policy to Regional Manager for approval
  • Responsible for ensuring all New Hires attend new hire training
  • Responsible for ensuring all New Hires and current employees are trained on Kind Lending systems and internal policies and procedures
  • Responsible for ensuring all applicable branch employees are training on pricing and with secondary policies and procedures
  • Motivate, coach, and support direct reports through management processes
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • 10 years or more of mortgage experience; 5 years or more of Sales management experience; 3 years or more of marketing experience
  • Must have a Nationwide Mortgage License System (NMLS) identification number
  • Knowledgeable of all mortgage-related programs such as; FNMA, FHA, VA
  • Self-motivated, self-starting professional
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • A truly independent mortgage sales professional
  • Must have the ability to have fun and enjoy your role
Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Work Authorization

Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
