People Leadership Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Learn how to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable Participate in disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary Help build strong culture and high-performing teams

Financial & P&L Management Learn to read and manage a branch Profit & Loss statement Track labor, materials, overhead, and gross margin Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements Take increasing ownership of budget and financial outcomes

Leadership Development Work directly with executive leadership and brand managers Lead projects and initiatives across departments Develop decision-making, accountability, and ownership mindset Prepare for full responsibility as a Branch General Manager Career Path Successful Management Trainees will advance into roles such as:

Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Management, Engineering, or related field) 13 years of experience in operations, sales, management, or a service-based business preferred Strong leadership presence and communication skills High accountability, problem-solving mindset, and coachability Willingness to work in the field and office as needed Comfort with numbers, KPIs, and performance metrics
