The Southern California business unit is looking for a senior project manager that understands what it means to be a part of a team and value of building cross-functional teams.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager based in Irvine, CA. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include expediting processes, managing project logistics, conducting inspections, and leading project teams. The role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and quality outcomes.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Project Management, including overseeing schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
- Experience with Expediting and Expediter duties to ensure timely progress of project components
- Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management for coordinating resources and materials effectively
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, with industrial or commercial focus being an advantage
