This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Irvine, CA. The Project Manager will oversee multifamily construction projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes within established budgets and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating project plans, managing teams, monitoring progress, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. Effective communication with stakeholders and efficient workflow management will be critical for success in this role.

• Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
• Experience with Expediting and knowledge of the Expeditor role in construction processes
• Strong understanding of Inspection protocols and practices to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to effectively organize and control supplies and resources
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in multifamily construction projects
