Job Overview
We are looking for a Regional Director Real Estate in San Francisco, CA.
Essential Functions- Directs and coordinates the real estate lending function for an assigned region of the bank.
- Evaluates existing practices and developing trends to determine effective long-term strategies to meet regional goals.
- Establishes and implements policies and practices to support the long-term strategy.
- Provides leadership and direction to regional associates and guidance to lending associates bank wide.
- Participates in business development activities.
- Approves large and complex real estate related projects.
- Coordinates with other senior executives and divisional managers, for planning and policy development.
- Directs the marketing, human resources, facilities and other support activities for the region.
- Manages the budget and profitability of the assigned region.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Typically requires a bachelors degree in business or finance or a related field and 10+ years of lending experience including 5 years managerial experience over a major multidiscipline, segment of the company.
- Strong multifaceted banking knowledge including knowledge of complex credit structures and advanced lending policies, procedures and techniques.
- Expert level knowledge in the assigned specialty or market segment.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $223,000 - $313,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
