Job Summary
Part‑Time Clinic Director (full benefits) under the general direction of the Senior Associate Dean and Executive Director. Responsibilities include administrative and office leadership for the Alliant Couple and Family Clinic (ACFC), operational oversight of telehealth service delivery, supervision of clinic staff, trainees and associates, and ensuring high‑quality service to all constituencies.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $52.87 per hour ($54,984.80 – $56,000 annual, non‑exempt, hybrid, 20 hours a week)

- Provide oversight of day‑to‑day operations of the ACFC (service delivery, clinical training of students, digital health care record management).
- Manage and monitor the ACFC budget with the Senior Associate Dean and Finance Department.
- Collaborate with executive and system level directors and clinical training coordinators for training planning and delivery.
- Facilitate outreach and external engagement with community‑based organizations, agencies, and schools to generate clinic referrals.
- Conduct bi‑monthly staff meetings covering clinical administration, supervision and program development.
- Oversee trainee orientation.
- Provide administration and clinical intervention supervision ~11 hours per week.
- Individual supervision: at least 1 hour (50 mins) per week for ~7 supervises.
- Weekly group supervision: up to 8 supervises, at least 4 hours per week.
- On‑call supervision as needed, along with written procedures for contacting the Director when absent.
- Didactic training/in‑services as assigned.
- Ongoing feedback and formal evaluations at program‑determined intervals.
- Review/edit supervisee clinical documentation and reports.
- Cover additional supervision needs as required.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Direct Reports: Clinic Coordinator and clinic employees (if applicable)
Indirect Reports: None
Contact ResponsibilityInternal: Interacts with the supervisor and colleagues in multiple departments to support students and departmental goals.
External: Contracted agencies (as applicable).
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited university.
- Experience: Three (3) years as a licensed MFT supervisor.
- Certifications/Licenses: BBSE MFT License (active), AAMFT Approved Supervisor certification, valid California driver’s license, required police clearance (Live Scan) and background check.
- Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Calendar.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
- Superior interpersonal oral and written communication.
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity; ability to communicate with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Team player, highly motivated, focused, results‑oriented.
- Discretion, tact, confidentiality.
- Composure under high stress and crisis management.
- Prioritization of varied assignments in a fast‑paced clinic.
- Independent decision‑making and initiative.
- System management of trainees at varying expertise levels.
- Experience managing an office environment and licensed professionals preferred.
