Mercor's People team is building its compensation and equity foundation from scratch. We are seeking Total Rewards practitioners with depth in compensation design or equity program management.
You will design salary bands, leveling, and incentive structures, and you will manage grant guidelines, 409A valuations, and equity refresh.
Engagements are paid conversations on a per-question basis, rate $50–$200/hr, scoped to a few hours.
