Compensation: $320,000 - $350,000+ Base Salary + Bonus

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead a large-scale utility and infrastructure construction business. This executive will be responsible for overall operational, financial, safety, and customer performance while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business operations and execution of strategic growth initiatives.
- Oversee large-scale construction and utility infrastructure projects to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
- Manage P&L performance exceeding $200M, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and risk management programs.
- Develop high-performing leadership teams and succession plans.
- Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and industry partners.
- Leverage technology, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making to improve business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- 12+ years of leadership experience in construction, utility, infrastructure, or related industries.
- 5+ years in an executive operations leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction operations and capital projects.
- Demonstrated success managing a P&L of $200M+ and delivering profitable growth.
- Strong strategic, financial, operational, and people leadership skills.
