Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage operational logistics for employee experience programs, including stocking the hospital treat cart, maintaining ambassador rosters, creating newsletters, and supporting enterprise-wide events on-site.
• Coordinate quarterly Mental Health First Aid courses by managing instructor schedules, setting up portal/Zoom links, tracking participant pre-work, and processing completion records.
• Export, organize, and analyze monthly onboarding, exit, and engagement survey data to identify trends and report key insights to stakeholders.
• Act as the virtual technical producer for New Employee Orientation, managing Zoom logistics, tracking participant attendance, facilitating breakout rooms, and sending post-orientation resources.

Required:

• Previous related experience in human resources, event coordination, or administrative support.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom), learning management systems (e.g., UCLC), and survey management portals.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to process financial documents, manage inventories, and handle confidential data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and newsletter/announcement drafting.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting healthcare administrative operations, hospital programs, or large-scale virtual employee onboarding.
• Familiarity with Gallup engagement portals, Mental Health First Aid platform administration, or HRIS reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) for deck creation and data manipulation.

Pay Rate: $29.74/hour
