** Business & Client Insights (BCI) serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping shape business priorities through analytics, business intelligence, strategic planning, and performance measurement. As the Senior Manager, Business & Client Insights, you will lead AFSG's analytics strategy and operating model, ensuring leaders have the business and client insights and recommendations needed to make informed business decisions that drive  this role, you will oversee a portfolio of analytics initiatives that connect business priorities, performance metrics, client experience trends, and operational outcomes into a cohesive view of business health.
