Quality Engineering, Electronics Technician
This job involves performing in-process and final inspections of new and repaired sub-assemblies, mechanical assemblies, and electronic systems. Responsibilities include using standard inspection devices and elementary testing equipment to ensure conformance to standards such as IPC-A-610 and JSTD-001, working from schematics, drawings, and blueprints, and utilizing precision measuring instruments for dimensional checks.
Key inspection tasks include:
Ideal candidates should work well in a team, interact effectively across departments, and have at least 3-6 years of electronics inspection experience, including mechanical inspection and knowledge of MIL-STD-2000. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are necessary.
