What will I be doing?
As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for receiving, tracking, and organizing inventory to ensure materials and finished goods are available, accounted for, and ready to support manufacturing, order fulfillment, and R&D needs.
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials, components, and finished goods in Operations Sheets
- Accurately enter inventory transactions into the inventory management/ERP system
- Maintain organized storage locations and ensure proper labeling of all inventory
- Accurately pull, pick, and issue daily work orders
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
- Investigate, report and help resolve discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories
- Reallocate parts systematically from production back into warehouse inventory
- Assist with continuous improvement of inventory and warehouse processes
- Follow ESD, quality, and safety procedures when handling electronic components
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and record keeping (Google Sheets for Fulfillment/Inventory Workflow)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow safety guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work overtime/flexible schedule
- Strong teamwork skills
- Experience as Inventory Clerk or Materials Handler a plus

- Schedule:
Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8 hour day, some overtime required
