Payrate: $23.75/hour on w2 - $27.50/hour on w2 without benefits (Based on experience)

Shift: 1st shift (6:30 am to 3:00 pm)

• The Test Technician, completes work according to instructions, specifications and procedures.
• Conducts a variety of tests and verifications on electro and electromechanical equipment, while providing accuracy, productivity and on-time delivery.

• Performs a range of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical testing of small parts or components in accordance with company instructions and procedures.
• Reviews shop traveler route card, or schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operation.
• Perform a variety of test to verify circuitry and to test effectiveness of components in amplifiers and electronic equipment.
• Receive parts or units from customers and troubleshoots circuits and components using schematic drawings and prints as a verifying check.
• Perform test and diagnostics using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DVM, signal generators, power meters, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, frequency counters and other related test equipment.

• Strong electrical background with understanding of microelectronics.
• Strong knowledge in testing, debugging and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.

• A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
