NOW HIRING: 1st Shift Assemblers (Medical Device Manufacturing)

We’re looking for detail‑oriented Assemblers to join our growing medical device manufacturing team! If you enjoy hands‑on work, have experience with small parts, and are comfortable working under a microscope, this is a great opportunity to build a stable career in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
What You’ll Do- Assemble and test medical devices using microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions and documented procedures
- Maintain compliance with all Quality System guidelines and policies
- Report any issues related to quality, equipment, materials, or processes
- Keep your workspace organized and clean to support safe manufacturing
- Train coworkers on basic job functions when needed
- Support your team with additional duties as assigned
- Ability to work under a microscope for up to 90% of the shift
- Experience assembling small parts
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of high-volume, small part/microscope assembly experience
- Medical device assembly experience
- Cleanroom experience
- Experience with measuring tools, hand tools & test equipment (especially for 2nd shift)
- Ability to work with very small components, including catheters
- 100% cleanroom environment
- Workstations positioned near other team members
- Use of microscopes, hand tools, and measuring equipment is required
- Must be flexible with overtime and Saturday work
- Occasional early morning start times (as early as 5:00 AM)
Start times may begin as early as 5:00am
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
