Senior CNC Programmer/Operator

Are you a master of precision looking to push the limits of modern machining? We are seeking a Senior CNC Programmer to lead the charge in fabricating high-complexity metallic and non-metallic components. This is a high-impact role with a heavy focus on Swiss CNC technology, perfect for a technical expert who thrives on autonomy and technical excellence.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive Swiss CNC machining excellence and production efficiency.
  • Masterfully interpret complex blueprints and 3D solid models.
  • Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot sophisticated multi-axis machines, including lathes, mills, and mill-turns.
  • Innovate the shop floor by optimizing setups and reducing cycle times through creative process improvements.
  • Master G-code: understand, interpret, and modify programming on the fly to ensure perfect execution.
  • Precision Tooling:
    Select and deploy specialized inserts and fixtures while performing expert tool wear adjustments.
  • Maintain a high-performance environment through proactive equipment care and safety leadership.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a tight-knit production team.
  • Deep familiarity with industry-standard control systems and ISO quality procedures.
