Warehouse Associate II

Overview

Selution, in partnership with Cordis, specializes in the development of ground-breaking technology and commercialization of advanced drug device combination products for the treatment of coronary and peripheral artery disease. • Properly store and distribute materials in designated areas, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility (e.g., KANBAN, Stockroom).
• Prepare and package materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping standards.
• Ensure all production and inventory-related system transactions are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist Materials team in providing Kanban component fulfilment and cycle count processes.
• Provide work order support to meet production schedules and assist in production prioritization.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill production needs and respond to material requests.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma, AA preferred.
• At least 4 years’ experience related to purchasing in a manufacturing and engineering environment.
• The ability to problem-solve and influence others through both data and strong relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/LEAN systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.

The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $19.04 - $23.53 hourly. Actual pay may fluctuate outside of the listed range depending on skills, education, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
