• Operate and maintain polishing equipment and tools in accordance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in production methods and product quality.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment to promote efficient workflow.
• Record and report any defects or deviations from specifications to the relevant personnel.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advances in polishing techniques.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or finishing environment is advantageous, but not required; training will be provided.
