Production Technician

Perform production tasks in an FDA‑ and cGMP‑regulated environment, including:

• Interface with production equipment—setup, cleaning, adjustments, resolving jams, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Move, reposition, and transfer pallets.
• Perform cleaning activities as directed and document in logbooks.
• Load and unload IV bags, and pack IV bags into cases.
• Utilize good documentation practices to input data on batch records and record activities performed.
• Assist other product lines or departments as needed.
• Complete assigned training within established deadlines.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by lead or supervisor.

• Requires working knowledge of a technical field/area of specialization; exercises general application of principles, theories, and concepts.
• Works under direct supervision and follows detailed verbal or written instructions.
• May require limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, lead, and peers.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3–5 years related experience required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear
. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms, is occasionally required to stand and walk, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Hourly wage: $22.10 – $27.60 per hour. Compensation decisions are dependent on skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs.
