** Your Role:
** We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in GMP-regulated, sterile or aseptic environments who thrives in fast-paced production settings.

* Your Profile:

**** What You’ll Do
*** Lead and supervise 2nd Shift production operations
* Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards
* Execute production schedules and drive efficiency
* Review batch records, SOPs, and production documentation
* Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement
* Coach, train, and develop manufacturing staff
** What You Bring
*** 5–7+ years of pharma manufacturing or packaging experience
* Experience in sterile/aseptic processing required
* Proven team leadership skills
* Strong knowledge of GMP operations and documentation
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred

Target Salary Range: $100,
