Required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience/

Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related production environment required

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and power tools

Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines

Basic knowledge of assembly processes and production equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks accurately

Ability to make simple judgments in routine situations using established procedures

Good teamwork and communication skills

Must be able to work overtime

Job Duties:

Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems into subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units

Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment during assembly operations

Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet product tolerances and operating requirements

Inspect assembled units to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

Repair or rework units and products that fail to meet quality or operational requirements

Follow clearly defined procedures, work instructions, and safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Perform routine and manual production tasks as assigned
