Location: Irvine, CA
2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
Payrate: $19.25 per hour (Overtime Available)

SummaryThis position is responsible for the production of high quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Working under close supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations under close supervision.
- Follow standardized procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of parts.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and lean manufacturing principles.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing and cleanroom environment.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and electronic systems.
- Manual dexterity to handle small components.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
