Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing medical device manufacturer in Irvine, CA seeking Medical Device Assemblers to join their Tissue Sewing Technician team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization contributing to innovative, life-changing medical technologies.

• Perform precision assembly of valve components using tools such as needles, scissors, forceps, specialized equipment, and microscopes within a rotating production process.
• Inspect and verify completed work against defined specifications in a structured assembly environment.
• Follow established work instructions and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability of work performed.
• Support additional operational tasks as needed to maintain production flow.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards, internal processes, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
