Job Overview
Medical Device Assembler – responsible for the precise assembly of medical device components in a controlled manufacturing environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and functionality.
Location:
Irvine
- Monday - Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm
- Must be flexible to work overtime as required
- 19.00 USD hourly
- High level of precision and attention to detail when handling small components
- Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly techniques
- Commitment to quality standards and defect identification
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
- Basic computer skills for data entry and quality documentation
- Assemble individual parts and subassemblies following blueprints and established procedures
- Perform thorough quality inspections to identify defects or non-conformances
- Utilize hand tools, specialized equipment, and assembly fixtures
- Complete assembly logs, quality reports, and batch records accurately
- Troubleshoot and report assembly issues to supervisors
