  • Perform advanced product testing and qualification per approved procedures.
  • Work across multiple assembly cells to meet daily and weekly production targets.
  • Accurately record manufacturing and Device History Record (DHR) data.
  • Identify issues, defects, or non‑conformances and elevate them appropriately.
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and good documentation practices.
  • Support training and onboarding of new manufacturing team members.
  • Participate in non‑conformance investigations and continuous improvement activities.
  • Conduct inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stocktakes and incoming inspections.
  • Apply 5S and safe work practices, including PPE compliance.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and general production support duties.
  • Comply with Planet Innovation policies, procedures and international quality standards.
Your Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in complex mechanical product assembly and testing (medical device or regulated industry experience preferred, but not essential).
  • Ability to read, interpret and follow detailed manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Experience using ERP systems and computer‑based production records and Excel.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment.
  • Hands‑on skills with hand and power tools, machinery and testing equipment.
  • A pro‑active mindset with the ability to identify issues and suggest improvements.
Why PI?
  • This is a temporary position initially, with the potential of moving to permanent.
  • Opportunity to grow your technical skills with exposure to a variety of products.
