PositionATP Test Technician
LocationIrvine, CA – Onsite Required
Position DescriptionDZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the design, development, test and manufacturing of intelligent, autonomous vehicles. The candidate will work in a vehicle development and manufacturing environment where projects are realized with the highest degree of commitment to quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self‑starter with direct, hands‑on experience testing avionics products and an ability to quickly analyze technical difficulties, isolate problems to the component level, and promptly resolve them.
RequiredSkills and Responsibilities
- Strong background with electrical systems theory of operation, ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and written instructions.
- Ability to assemble, modify, and test electrical components.
- Execute test plans/procedures, collect test data, and report results.
- Solve manufacturability and product assembly issues by modularizing products.
- Review schematics, Bills of Material, and PWB layouts.
- Develop and perform acceptance testing of electronic assemblies, from board level to upper assembly box level.
- Use test equipment such as multimeters and aircraft system–specific test equipment.
- Follow specific tool control, FOD control, and safety guidelines and policies.
- Exemplary communication skills.
- Work independently with little to no supervision.
- Ability to perform duties while wearing required PPE safety equipment.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, or employee(s).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4–6 years of related work experience.
- A & P License preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with theoretical and practical robotic technologies.
- Ability to clearly document maintenance and repair actions, equipment status tags, logs, parts requests, etc.
- Experience with RC flying and modeling preferred but not required.
No Security Clearance is required, but it is highly desired.

Working ConditionsThe work may range from a general office environment to a warehouse environment, with no significant physical discomfort expected.
Physical Demands- Ability to stoop, stand, climb, and occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Movement between departments, floors, and work sites to facilitate work.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.
Hourly Rate$30.00 – $40.00. The hourly rate depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high‑demand professions. In addition to the hourly rate, the position is eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
