Production Manager, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Production Associate / Production Line
The candidate will lead a production team and/or work on designated team or assignment. Production activities may vary between working on semi-automated machine line, manual carton packing line, or other production support roles. Most tasks will require the candidate to work in collaboration and/or lead with multiple operators to achieve production objectives.
ShiftFirst shift operator –
Hours:
5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Interpret and adhere to procedures and work instructions while leading a production team to execute production tasks.
- Complete and review required quality documentation, process order, and batch records while following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Complete inventory and quality transactions in SAP Inventory System.
- Education:
High school. - Work Experience:
Mid-level. - Proficient in math, reading, and writing.
- Goal‑oriented team leader.
- Ability to manage time, people, and resources.
- Capable of working with a diverse group of teammates. Familiarity with computer/software.
This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.
CompensationThe estimated base salary range for this position is $21.20–$29.13 per hour, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on factors such as geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job‑permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
