Immediate Hiring For Assembler - 1st Shift - $19/Hour
The Assembler I will perform duties associated with electro-mechanical and clean room device assembly and packaging. The role requires manual hand assembly skills, attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality results.
Responsibilities- Support company goals and objectives, policies, procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations including compliance with Medical Device Quality Standards.
- Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental policies and procedures (DOPs), objectives, the quality assurance program, and safety and environmental standards.
- Establish, build, and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Work with minimal supervision while demonstrating excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Learn new equipment and processes quickly and demonstrate proficiency in their operation.
- Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures in English and comply with their requirements.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitor own work to ensure quality, and practice good safety skills at all times.
- 2 plus years of medical device assembly experience
- Diploma
- Ability to use basic hand tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Ability to operate electrical and mechanical equipment and interpret results
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and detect issues with tooling, materials, processes, and quality
- Read, interpret, and learn engineering drawings, manufacturing procedures, processes, and inspection procedures
- Ability to work on a computer with various programs to transact product within the production system and complete online training
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and demonstrate active listening

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a cleanroom/production environment with a 4/10 schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 5am to 3:30pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
