Position: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a dynamic 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead our client's production team and ensure smooth, efficient operations during evening hours. In this role, you’ll oversee critical aspects of plant operations — including production, maintenance, safety, quality control, scheduling, and workforce management — while fostering a positive culture and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll be the go-to leader for your shift, ensuring goals are met and employees feel supported, safe, and motivated. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for leadership, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Location: Irvine, CA

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 3:00 PM‑12:30 AM (Every other Friday off)

Pay Rate: $35/hour

Type: Temp‑to‑hire

What You’ll Do
  • Lead & Motivate: Organize and inspire your team to achieve production targets while promoting a strong safety and quality culture.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to ISO/GMP and other regulatory standards.
  • Drive Efficiency: Monitor daily operations, resolve scheduling issues, and manage small to medium‑size projects.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams — engineering, quality, planning — and interact externally with suppliers and customers.
  • Promote Safety: Maintain a safe work environment and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Policy & Process: Interpret and administer company policies and procedures for your team.
What You Bring
  • Positive, can‑do attitude and strong leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (or HS + 10 yrs work experience; Associates + 6 yrs work experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
