Duration: 12‑Month Initial Contract; multiyear project, plans to extend

- Perform precision assembly of catheter components under a microscope for 100% of daily tasks, ensuring strict adherence to quality and accuracy standards
- Demonstrate exceptional hand‑eye coordination to manipulate extremely small medical device components with consistent repeatability
- Build and assemble catheter devices using fine motor skills in a controlled cleanroom or lab environment
- Inspect parts visually under magnification to identify defects, ensuring compliance with medical device specifications
- Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and GMP guidelines relevant to medical device manufacturing
- Maintain a high level of concentration and dexterity during prolonged microscope work
- Collaborate with R&D or production teams to support prototype builds and process improvements
- Preferred background in catheter manufacturing or similar small‑scale medical device assembly (non‑pharma)
- Experience in cleanroom or medical device production environments strongly desired
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and documentation requirements in regulated medical device settings
