- 10+ Yrs of experience as CNC Mill / Lathe Machinist in Medical and Aerospace.
- 10+ Yrs of experience NC programming in Mastercam / NCL /Catia or equivalent.
- 10 + Yrs of experience in Aerospace component programming and manufacturing.
- 5+ Yrs of experience in managerial role, responsible for subordinates.
- Expert Proficiency on Vertical Mills w/ A-axis Rotary Tables.
- Expert proficiency in 5 axis.
- Expert Proficiency in Blue Print Reading, GD&T, Inspection Tools & Methods.
- Experience with Okuma and Fanuc Controls.
- Experience with Aerospace materials, tolerances and quality control requirements.
- First Piece Quality or Zero Scrap Mentality.
- Mature, professional, safety oriented, work demeanor.
- Ability to maintain lean, orderly, “6s” work environment.
Salary range $35 - $50 / hour depending on experience and strategic fit.
