Supervisor Manufacturing II Day Shift

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations and ensuring performance aligns with safety, quality, compliance, and production goals. This role collaborates cross‑functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Technical teams to optimize equipment, processes, and output.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets
• Monitor output and adjust processes, staffing, or equipment to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper operation of equipment
• Train, coach, and support production team members
• Partner with QC, Technical Services, and Engineering to drive process improvements
• Prepare and review production reports to identify and resolve issues
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work non‑standard schedules as needed

• Primarily manufacturing/production setting
• Moderate noise level
• Requires standing, walking, and occasional light physical activity
