Production Operator –

B. Braun US Pharmaceutical Manufacturing LLC – Irvine, California, United States – Onsite – 3/4 X 12 shift.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization’s products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets or quality standards.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or remanufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time and always take reasonable care for safety and health of himself/herself and other persons.

• Assignments are routine and repetitive in nature; work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
• Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
• No problem‑solving skills required as the job is routine and repetitive.
• Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
• 0–4 years related experience required.
• Regular and predictable on‑site attendance required.
• Ability to work non‑standard schedule as needed.

Physical demands involve sitting, using hands to handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, occasional standing and walking, and lifting or moving up to 20 pounds.

• Light work: Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
• Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling and Reaching: Occasionally sit, frequently reach upward and downward, push/pull, stand, constantly N/A.
• Activities: Occasionally sitting, stooping/squatting, talking, ordinary, loud/quick, walking; frequently handling, hearing ordinary/fine distinction, loud (hearing protection required), push/pull, reaching upward/downward, seeing depth perception, color vision, field of vision/peripheral, standing; constantly N/A.
• Environmental Conditions: Occasionally N/A, frequently N/A, constantly proximity to moving parts.
• Work environment characteristics: Occasionally N/A, frequently N/A, constantly production/manufacturing environment.

Targeted range: $21.84 per hour. The range is a reasonable estimate and is determined based on individual factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and other business needs.
