Assembler
The Assembler I will perform duties associated with electro-mechanical and clean room device assembly and packaging. This role requires manual hand assembly skills, attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and the ability to produce consistently high-quality results.
Responsibilities- Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations including compliance with Medical Device Quality Standards.
- Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental policies and procedures (DOPs), quality assurance programs, as well as safety and environmental standards.
- Establish, build, and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Work with minimal supervision while demonstrating excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines.
- Learn new equipment and processes quickly and demonstrate proficiency in their operation.
- Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures, and comply with their requirements, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Practice and advocate good safety skills at all times.
- Manual hand assembly skills in cleanroom and production environments.
- Experience with medical device assembly for over 2 years.
- Ability to use basic hand tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Proficiency in operating electrical and mechanical equipment and interpreting results.
- Capability to work well within a cross-functional team environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- Ability to read, interpret, and learn engineering drawings, manufacturing procedures, and inspection standards.
- Experience in working with computers to transact products within production systems and complete online training.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening abilities.

Work EnvironmentThis position is in a cleanroom/production environment and follows a 4/10 schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 5 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
