Now Hiring: Machinist
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $33.94 per hour
Hours: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Monday - Friday | 2nd Shift

The Must-Haves Before You Clock In- Minimum 5 years of machining/tooling experience
- Strong experience with CNC machining (setup and operation required; basic programming preferred)
- At least 1 year of CNC experience (combination with manual machining acceptable)
- Solid manual machining experience
- Experience with tool sharpening, mold repair, and tooling maintenance
- Background in heavy machining environments
- Ability to work with materials such as steel, aluminum, and other metals
- Strong ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- High school diploma or equivalent required

AD & D Insurance
- Sharpen, maintain, and repair cutting tools, dies, and fixtures to meet production specifications
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines and conventional/manual machining equipment
- Perform mold repair, modification, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Fabricate precision parts and components using milling, turning, grinding, and drilling processes
- Support heavy machining operations and complex part fabrication
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators)
- Maintain tooling inventory and recommend replacements or process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
