Prepare and handle chemical solutions, operate mixers, jacketed tanks, temperature control units, peristaltic pumps, ultrasonic baths, bottle rollers, and balances safely and efficiently;
Perform in‑process inspections and environmental controls to ensure products and processes remain within defined specifications;
Complete batch records and controlled documentation accurately and in a timely manner to ensure full traceability of manufacturing activities;
Follow line clearance procedures, cleaning protocols, PPE requirements, and all safety guidelines;
Inspect products using a microscope to verify quality and conformance to specifications
