Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 5:00–6:00 AM start time, 4/10 schedule (four 10-hour days) Pay Rate: $21–$23 an hour DOE

Responsibilities
  • Perform precision hand soldering of electronic components under a microscope with consistency and accuracy
  • Read and interpret blueprints, parts lists, and manufacturing documents (e.g., MAIs, ECOs/ECNs)
  • Implement complex engineering changes with minimal supervision
  • Ensure all assembled products meet strict quality standards and exceed customer expectations
  • Take full ownership of projects from start to finish while collaborating with team members as needed
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of hands-on electronics assembly experience
  • Proven skills in soldering and assembly (IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications are a plus)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 or AS9100 quality systems
  • SMT (Surface Mount Technology) experience is a bonus
  • Ability to read and write English clearly
  • Must pass a hands-on soldering skills test.
Physical and Vision Requirements
  • Able to move freely within the work area and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
  • Annual eye exam required due to the precision nature of soldering and inspection work
