Medical Device Manufacturing Associate / Assembly Technician/ Production technician
We are seeking a Medical Device Manufacturing Associate / Assembly Technician to join a leading medical device manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in medical device assembly, cleanroom manufacturing, production, or regulated manufacturing environments who are looking to grow their careers with an innovative organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and manufacture medical devices following established production procedures and schedules.
- Perform cartridge filling, applicator assembly, packaging, and other assembly line operations.
- Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Use hand tools, small power tools, and measuring equipment to assemble products accurately.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and calibration to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow GMP, FDA, ISO, CMDR, and company manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain cleanroom and production areas in accordance with established cleaning schedules.
- Support Manufacturing Engineering and R&D builds as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 6 months to 5+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience (level dependent).
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cleanroom manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working in GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and production documentation.
- Familiarity with hand tools, small power tools, microscopes, and measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to rotate between production tasks and work additional hours when required.
- Competitive pay of $22.00/hour
- Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
