Job Title:
Cleanroom Assembler

• This role focuses on precision cleanroom assembly of catheter components used in the brain to help prevent aneurysms.
• You will spend most of your time working under a microscope, using small hand tools to assemble very small parts such as coiling wire and small tubing.
• The typical schedule is 2nd shift, Monday through Saturday, from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with most employees working 10‑hour days and often 6 days per week.
• Contractors generally work about 40 to 45 hours per week, with the expectation of long shifts and frequent overtime as needed.

• Assemble small catheter components in a cleanroom environment according to detailed procedures and quality standards.
• Work under a microscope for extended periods to perform fine, detailed assembly work.
• Use small hand tools to handle, position, and assemble tiny parts, including coiling wire and small tubing.
• Follow all cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures and contamination control practices.
• Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy while meeting production goals and timelines.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality, especially during the first 90 days of employment.
• Participate in and pass a hands‑on assessment to demonstrate basic assembly and hand‑tool skills.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members while maintaining focus on quality and productivity.
• Work the assigned shift schedule, including long shifts and frequent overtime as needed.

• Ability to work under a microscope for long periods of time.
• Proficiency using small hand tools for detailed assembly work.
• Capability to work long hours, including extended shifts and frequent overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially within the first 90 days.
• Ability to pass a hand assessment test to demonstrate fine‑motor and assembly skills.
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and following strict procedures.

• Previous cleanroom experience is highly desired.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is strongly preferred.
• Openness to entry‑level candidates who can demonstrate strong hand skills and dependability.
• Willingness to learn and improve performance over time.
• Ability to build positive working relationships while maintaining quality and productivity.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $21.00 per hour.
