Hand Solder Technician

Job Summary

Hiring a Hand Solder Technician II to support high-quality electronics assembly. This role is ideal for someone with strong soldering skills, attention to detail, and experience working to strict quality standards.

• Perform precision hand soldering under a microscope.
• Read and follow blueprints and manufacturing documents (MAIs, ECOs/ECNs).
• Implement engineering changes with minimal supervision.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and customer requirements are met.

• 1-3 years of electronics assembly and hand soldering experience.
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred.
• ISO 9000 or AS9100 experience a plus.
• SMT experience is a bonus.
• Able to read and write English.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Annual eye exam required.
• ITAR document required.

$22-$25 an hour DOE

Monday - Thursday 5am-6am start time 4/10 schedule.
