Material Handler - Split Shift

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Material Handler
- Split Shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $21.50 per hour. The hours for this shift are 10am - 6:30pm Monday
- Friday.

This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you’ll do:

Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for the cycle counting, stocking and pulling material for routers to support assembly maintaining accurate inventory transactions in WDS to ensure inventory  this function you will:

Perform a daily cycle count (minimum of 15% of our inventory)
Accurately and efficiently pick product from inventory to complete work orders released.

Receive daily inbounds same day they come in.

Communicate with the purchasing team of discrepancy with pack slips and inbound material

Sort and stage castings/housings/bar stock that are received from suppliers

Load outbound carriers (Fed Ex/UPS/LTL)
Maintain an organized and clean receiving area

Be available to work OT and Weekends as needed

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required.

Minimum 6 months of previous work experience in a Warehouse and/or Stockroom is required.

No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within 50 miles of Irvine, CA will be considered for this position.

This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158.Preferred:

Forklift certified is preferred
