We’re hiring a Precision Machining Technician to strengthen our high-accuracy manufacturing operations.

Your Mission Set up and run CNC milling machines strictly to job specs and process documentation

Translate engineering drawings into clear machining plans; apply GD&T for conformance

Cut diverse materials—Invar, aluminum, composite, graphite—to exacting tolerances

Validate work using manual metrology (micrometers, calipers, etc.) during production

Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized while consistently meeting output targets

What It Takes Demonstrated CNC milling experience; comfort with Fanuc controls

Fluency in reading technical drawings and leveraging GD&TSuccess machining complex geometries to tight tolerances

Confidence using manual inspection tools to confirm dimensions
