Next Deavor in Irvine, CA is hiring an Assembler/Tester B to assemble and test mechanical products, supporting lean initiatives and continuous improvement. This on-site role runs the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Mon–Fri) to help meet delivery and quality targets.
You will use hand and power tools, read blueprints, record results, and collaborate with manufacturing technicians, supervisors, and quality teams to keep production schedules on track.
