Highly skilled manufacturing or industrial engineers with 7+ years of experience. Experienced with process development and done manufacturing site audits. Executed cost and quality improvement projects, yield and throughput improvements etc. Conducted studies to characterize new manufacturing process. Assess manufacturing sites and come up with process improvements plan and associates cost. Developed manufacturing capabilities using statistical analysis. New product innovation and supply chain.
Manufacturing line/site transfer and process change. Six sigma – certification will be added advantage. Manufacturing Data gathering and perform statistical analysis (Minitab). Manufacturing Procedure Documents. Reviewing technical work instructions, drawings, and good documentation practices. Client PLM knowledge (Map Agile Follow-up).
