Medical Soldering Assemblers
Volt is immediately hiring for an Medical Soldering Assembler for a company located in Irvine CA.
As an Medical Soldering Assembler you will:
- Day to Day Responsibilities
- Assemble product based on drawings and sample assemblies
- Work under a microscope
- Package finished assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Meet standard output goals
- Help and assist coworkers when needed
- Read and write English
- Read MPS and write notes as needed
- Work with adhesives and bonding materials
- Work with silicone components and materials
- Work in a cleanroom environment following proper protocols
- Work with PCB boards
- Operate EFD dispensers for precise material application
This is a full time opportunity Monday - Friday + weekends as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in Medical Device assembly
- Soldering experience
- Experience working with adhesives, bonding, and silicone materials
- Experience working with PCB boards
- Familiarity with EFD dispensers
- Cleanroom experience
Preferred Skills &
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic knowledge of power, air, torque, and manual tools
• Understanding of Mechanical and assembly concepts
• Prior assembly experience preferred
Schedule:
5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Days:
Monday through Friday and occasionally overtime on Saturday
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
