Key Responsibilities Client & Project Management
Manage cosmetic product development projects from initial briefing through mass production and launch. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding timelines, development status, risks, and deliverables.
Lead project kick-off meetings and maintain clear project timelines, action lists, and milestone tracking. Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams including R&D, packaging development, procurement, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and logistics.
Ensure all client requirements, specifications, artwork, and technical documents are properly communicated and executed. Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks with solution-oriented recommendations. Support commercialization and production transfer activities across global manufacturing sites when required.
Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with formulation laboratories to track sample development, testing, stability, compatibility, and formula approvals. Coordinate packaging development timelines including component sourcing, tooling, decoration, line trials, and validation. Align with sourcing and supply chain teams on material availability, lead times, MOQ, and delivery schedules. Partner with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with market requirements and customer standards.
Coordinate factory readiness, pilot runs, line trials, and production scheduling. Timeline & Documentation Management Maintain accurate project timelines, critical paths, and project trackers. Ensure proper documentation control including BOMs, specifications, artworks, testing reports, and approval records. Track open issues and ensure timely follow-up with responsible teams. Prepare regular project status updates and reports for both clients and internal leadership.
- Commercial & Strategic Support Support business development teams during customer meetings, presentations, and project discussions. Understand customer priorities, market trends, and launch expectations within the beauty industry. Assist in managing project costs, timelines, and operational feasibility during development stages. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and cross-functional collaboration
